It’s no secret that 2020 was a lemon. From freight flows to staffing issues, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the continuing upheaval has disrupted the transportation and logistics sector in ways most of us have never experienced before. Here at Blue Eagle Logistics, surges in freight volumes along with dock congestion at consignees forced us to find new ways to deal with freight on hand.
Flexible, and always willing to learn and adapt, we realized quickly that to guarantee the smooth flow of freight for on-time delivery, we would need innovative thinking and organization to meet new challenges. Our main goal, as always, is to provide our customers with the premium service you are accustomed to when you work with Blue Eagle Logistics.
A new location.
In response to new and emerging demands, I’m happy to announce that Blue Eagle Logistics recently signed a lease with Mericle Commercial Real Estate for a 35,000 sq ft. warehouse nearby in Upper Macungie Township.
Our goal for the next 90 days is to relocate our business to this new, larger warehouse while continuing to provide same-day and next-day expedited freight and warehousing services, time critical shipments, last mile and custom appointment deliveries.

Organization is key to our continued success. To that end, we have created a to-do list and are checking all the boxes. We promise to take care of our customers without disruption. Moving to this new warehouse will provide us with the much-needed space to organize more efficiently and to improve our service.
